We were founded in 1987 and is one of the leading ISO9001:2000 certified manufacturing companies in China specialized in alloy die casting products and assemblies to customers requirements on OEM/ODM basis. In May 2004, we introduced ISO/TS16949 OHSAS18000 ISO14000 management systems. We achieved TS16949 quality system audit in Jan. of 2005. We achieved TS16949 quality system audit in Jan. of 2005. We achieved ISO14001:2004 in January , 2007.
Equipped with advanced imported computerized tooling, die-casting, machining, surface finishing, control assurance/controlling and assembling facilities, our yearly output in tool and part are over 300 sets and 20,000 tones respectively, and yield an annual sales volume over USD 21,000,000.00:
1/Factory area: 66,000 square meters, two factories.
2/ Machinery:62 sets die-casting machine ranging from 125T to 1650T, 66 sets CNC machining center, digital coordinate measuring machine (CMM) made in USA and Janpan, optical spectrometer, tensile, hardness, UV, salt-spray and rain-drop testing devices, etc.
